• streak means consecutive days of successfully completing the applicable verified daily goal.
• typoints means non-transferable loyalty points used only within the Typesider ecosystem.
• tyzaps means verified activity events generated through eligible interactions as determined by Typesider’s verification systems.
• user means any individual accessing or using the platform.

Acceptance of these terms

by downloading, installing, accessing, creating an account, or using the platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and our privacy policy.

if you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

you also acknowledge that electronic acceptance, including clicking “i agree”, “accept”, “continue”, or similar actions, creates a legally binding agreement between you and Typesider.

Eligibility

Account security

you are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. you must not:

• share your account;
• sell your account;
• transfer your account;
• permit another person to use your account.

Typesider is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

One account policy

each individual may maintain only one active Typesider account. you may not:

• create multiple accounts;
• create accounts using false identities;
• use temporary or disposable email addresses to bypass restrictions;
• create accounts to obtain additional rewards;
• register on behalf of another person without authorization.

Typesider may use device identifiers, security signals, network information, account history, and other verification methods to enforce this policy.

Deleted accounts

you may permanently delete your account through the platform. upon deletion:

• all Typoints are permanently forfeited;
• all Tyzaps are removed;
• streaks, achievements, badges, and Lives are permanently lost;
• pending rewards are cancelled;
• unclaimed promotional rewards expire immediately;
• the account cannot be restored.

to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, maintain financial records, enforce these terms, and protect the integrity of the platform, Typesider may retain limited transactional, security, audit, fraud-prevention, tax, and compliance records for the period required by applicable law or legitimate business purposes.

where possible, personal information that is no longer required will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized in accordance with our privacy policy.

re-registration after deletion: the email address associated with a permanently deleted account cannot be used to create another Typesider account. if you wish to use Typesider again, you must register using a different eligible email address. this restriction helps prevent abuse of promotional rewards, fraud, duplicate accounts, and circumvention of these terms.

Tyzaps & activity verification

Typesider measures eligible productivity through verified Tyzaps. not every keyboard or mouse interaction automatically qualifies as a Tyzap.

Typesider uses proprietary verification systems to determine whether activity is genuine, eligible, and compliant with these terms. verification methods are confidential and may be modified at any time to improve accuracy, security, fairness, and fraud prevention.

activity that cannot be verified may not generate Tyzaps. artificial, automated, manipulated, simulated, or fraudulent activity will not qualify for rewards or platform progression.

Tyzap insights

certain platform features require Tyzap Insights to remain enabled. if Tyzap Insights is disabled, blocked, paused, uninstalled, restricted, or otherwise unable to function correctly, Typesider may be unable to verify activity.

during such periods:

• Tyzaps may not be counted;
• Typoints may not be awarded;
• daily goals may not progress;
• streaks may reset or fail to continue;
• leaderboard rankings may not update;
• reward eligibility may be affected.

it is your responsibility to maintain the permissions required for Tyzap Insights to operate correctly. Typesider is not liable for unverified activity caused by device settings, operating system restrictions, antivirus software, firewall rules, internet interruptions, hardware failures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Typoints

Typoints are virtual loyalty points issued solely for participation within the Typesider ecosystem. Typoints:

• are not money;
• have no cash value;
• are not legal tender;
• are not cryptocurrency;
• are not securities;
• are not investments;
• are not deposits;
• are not stored-value instruments;
• cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, inherited, pledged, or exchanged except where expressly permitted by Typesider.

Typoints do not constitute property or a vested right and may expire, be adjusted, or be removed in accordance with these terms. Typoints may only be used for purposes designated by Typesider, including promotional rewards, streak benefits, or other eligible platform features.

Daily goals

Typesider may establish daily productivity goals based on verified Tyzaps. daily goals, qualification criteria, and completion requirements may vary based on platform updates, promotional programs, user eligibility, security measures, or product improvements.

failure to complete a daily goal may affect streak progression, achievements, rewards, or other platform benefits. completion of a daily goal does not guarantee any reward unless expressly stated by Typesider.

Streaks

a streak represents consecutive days during which a user successfully completes the applicable daily goal using verified Tyzaps. streaks are intended to encourage consistency and may unlock achievements, promotional rewards, or other platform benefits.

a streak may reset if:

• the required daily goal is not completed;
• activity cannot be verified;
• fraudulent or artificial activity is detected;
• required permissions are unavailable;
• a life is unavailable where applicable;
• the account is suspended or terminated.

Typesider may modify streak rules, milestones, or eligibility requirements at any time.

Lives

lives are non-monetary recovery mechanisms that may preserve an eligible streak under specific platform rules. lives:

• have no cash value;
• cannot be transferred;
• cannot be exchanged for money;
• may expire;
• may be promotional.

the number, availability, and use of lives are determined solely by Typesider.

Leaderboards

Typesider may display rankings based on verified platform activity. leaderboard rankings:

• may not update in real time;
• may change following verification;
• may be recalculated;
• may exclude ineligible activity.

Typesider reserves the right to remove or adjust leaderboard positions where fraud, abuse, or system errors are identified. leaderboard placement has no monetary value unless expressly stated.

Achievements

achievements, badges, and status levels are promotional recognition features. achievements:

• do not represent ownership rights;
• may change over time;
• may be revoked if granted in error or through fraudulent activity.

Typesider may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue achievements without notice.

Rewards

Typesider may provide promotional rewards, including:

• gift cards
• coupons
• discount vouchers
• merchandise
• promotional offers
• partner benefits
• other incentives

rewards are promotional in nature and are not guaranteed. availability depends on eligibility, verification, inventory, partner participation, and applicable law. Typesider may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any reward program at any time.

Fixed streak rewards

certain streak milestones may include predetermined promotional rewards. where offered:

• reward values are fixed;
• rewards are predetermined;
• rewards are not random;
• rewards are not lotteries;
• rewards are not betting, gambling, or games of chance.

completion of a milestone only makes a user eligible for verification. issuance remains subject to successful verification and compliance with these terms.

Gift cards

gift cards issued through Typesider may be provided directly or by third-party partners. gift cards:

• are subject to partner terms and conditions;
• may carry expiry dates;
• may be limited by inventory;
• may have redemption restrictions;
• cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.

Typesider is not responsible for:

• partner outages;
• merchant refusal;
• redemption failures outside our control;
• changes made by third-party providers.

Reward claim window

where manual claiming is required, eligible rewards must be claimed within 24 hours from the time they become available unless otherwise stated.

rewards not claimed within the applicable period automatically expire. expired rewards cannot be reinstated except where required by applicable law.

Reward verification

all rewards remain provisional until successfully verified. verification may include:

• Tyzap verification;
• account review;
• fraud screening;
• duplicate account detection;
• security validation;
• compliance checks.

Typesider may delay, reject, reverse, or remove rewards, and may suspend accounts. verification decisions are made in good faith based on available information and applicable policies.

System calculations

platform metrics, including Tyzaps, Typoints, Streaks, Lives, achievements, leaderboards, and rewards, are generated through automated systems. displayed values are provisional until verified.

metrics may be delayed, corrected, recalculated, adjusted, or reversed where necessary to maintain fairness, accuracy, security, or legal compliance. Typesider is not liable for temporary discrepancies, synchronization delays, or verification adjustments.

Fraud & anti-cheat

to protect the integrity of the platform, users must not:

• use bots;
• use scripts or macros;
• use auto-clickers;
• use keyboard or mouse automation;
• use virtual machines or emulators to bypass restrictions;
• spoof devices or identities;
• manipulate time or system settings;
• interfere with verification systems;
• reverse engineer or modify the platform;
• exploit software vulnerabilities;
• artificially generate Tyzaps;
• abuse promotional rewards or referrals.

Typesider may use automated fraud detection and security technologies. where fraud or abuse is suspected, Typesider may investigate, restrict, suspend, terminate, or permanently ban accounts and remove any associated benefits.

User responsibilities

you agree to:

• use the platform lawfully;
• maintain required permissions;
• keep the software updated;
• protect your account credentials;
• avoid interfering with platform operations;
• cooperate during legitimate verification requests.

Service availability

Typesider is provided on an “as available” basis. the platform may experience interruptions resulting from:

• maintenance;
• software updates;
• internet failures;
• operating system changes;
• security incidents;
• third-party service failures;
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Third-party services

the platform may integrate with third-party providers. Typesider is not responsible for third-party products, websites, services, privacy practices, or terms. your use of third-party services is governed by their respective policies.

Intellectual property

all intellectual property relating to Typesider, including software, branding, logos, Tyzaps, Typoints, verification systems, algorithms, graphics, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, and related content, is owned by Typesider or its licensors.

you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

Suspension

Typesider may suspend or restrict your account where reasonably necessary to:

• investigate suspected fraud;
• protect platform security;
• comply with legal obligations;
• prevent misuse;
• enforce these terms.

during suspension, certain platform features may become unavailable.

Termination

Typesider may terminate your account where:

• these terms are materially violated;
• fraudulent activity is confirmed;

upon termination, access to the platform, Typoints, Streaks, rewards, achievements, and related benefits may end immediately.

Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability
